Service Description

We start at the "Why" - the situation that is causing distress or by discussing what has inspired you to make a positive change in your life. I help you identify the root cause of any issue(s), identify desired outcomes, challenges or obstacles to success, and a path forward. Every session will conclude with a set of manageable and measurable activities or goals to get you closer to your desired outcome. Every session includes one or more "check-ins" from me to hold you accountable in a gentle but firm way that inspires you to stay committed to achieving the desired outcomes of the session(s).
